Thanks for this amazing recipe idea. I read through your comments and threw some of other peoples suggestions together. After I thinned out the chicken I sprinkled paprika, black pepper, and garlic salt right onto the chicken then I put some cream cheese down and topped it with pepperjack cheese and some green onions and wrapped the chicken around it. I was impressed that “I” actually made it because I usually don’t fix anything fancy. However it was the best tasting chicken me and my guests have ever had. Then it was even better the next day for left overs because the flavors had more time to blend together. I will definetly be making extra as left overs because this is by far the best chicken ver and it wasn’t that hard at all. I also used tooth picks to help hold it in place when I turned them over and I used a rack on top of a broiling pan so the air came up under and I didn’t have to turn up the oven to crisp the bacon on top and I only had to turn it once half way thrown and after only one hour it was perfect.
